Therefore make sure that the digital audio output of your device is PCM/LPCM output or else the sound output will be noise or static. If you need to claim warranty, you can contact us. We are quite friendly people, just sayin. You can read more about warranty here. FiiO D03K’s indicator LED flashing continually after powering on ? Try changing to another USB power adapter or using a computer USB port as power source as a test. If the problem persists, it may be a problem with the D03K itself; please contact your seller for aftermarket support. How to do it when the Lock LED does not light and no sound from the D03K? 1. Please check whether the unit is powered.2. Please check that your audio equipment / TV is set to output stereo PCM signals to the D03K. If Dolby, DTS or other multichannel format audio was being output, please change to stereo PCM and try again. 3. Please check whether the input selection switch at the bottom is set to the correct position corresponding to optical / coaxial input used, or change to another optical / coaxial cable and try again. 4. If the problem persists please contact your seller for aftermarket support. Regarding issues connecting the D03K to TVs and audio systems? 1. The D03K does not support Dolby, DTS or other multichannel input. Please set your equipment’s audio output format to stereo PCM. 2. When the D03K is connected to an Apple TV, it will produce about 1 minute of noise upon connection of the Apple TV to AC power as the Apple TV’s optical digital output is initializing. After that, the D03K will play audio normally from the Apple TV; this is a normal phenomenon. 3. While the audio output is confirmed to be stereo PCM, if noise / interference occurs while playing songs, please try swapping out the optical / coaxial cable for one of better quality and confirm that the connection is secure, or try changing the RCA cable.
