They offer a music playback for up to 5.5 hours on a single charge with ANC on, and up to a total of 25 hours with the charging case. The case is wireless charging enabled and compatible with all Qi-Certified chargers, so when they do run low, you can place them on your charging pad or plug them into the USB-C cable. Yes, the Jabra Elite 85t is compatible to work with Android and iOS devices. Can I use just one of my Jabra earbuds? Yes, you can use the right earbud alone for mono playback of music or calls. Use your connected mobile device to control the volume and track. You cannot use the left earbud alone because it connects only to the right earbud—not to the mobile device. Only the right earbud connects directly to the mobile device. Can I use my Jabra true wireless earbuds when swimming or bathing? No, your earbuds are not protected from submersion in water. Furthermore, exposure to salt, chlorine, chemicals, and solvents can damage and deteriorate your earbuds. How do I activate the sound used to locate my Jabra device when using Find My Jabra? If you misplace your Jabra device, you can activate your Jabra device to make a sound, so it is easier to find. This feature will need your Jabra device to be turned on and have an established Bluetooth connection to your mobile device that has Jabra Sound+ installed. To activate the sound in your Jabra device, follow these steps. 1. Open the Jabra Sound+ app. 2. In the Headset menu, tap the Settings icon on the top right. 3. Tap Find My Jabra. 4. How do I control Active Noise Cancellation and HearThrough? Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and HearThrough are on by default. When not on a call, you can switch between ANC and HearThrough by pressing the Left button. When on a call, the following conditions will apply. – ANC will stay on during a call. – HearThrough will turn off during a call, and then resume when the call is finished. – You can configure ANC and HearThrough settings in the Jabra Sound+ app. – In the selected Moment, you can adjust the sound levels of ANC and HearThrough and then save your preferred settings. – You can reconfigure the standard button functions to make them perform different tasks than those predefined in the device’s factory settings. Tap the Settings icon, Personalize your headset, MyControls. How do I manually reset my Jabra Elite 85t to the default settings? When you reset your Jabra Elite 85t, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared. Follow these steps to reset. – Place both earbuds in the charging case. Simultaneously press and hold (10 seconds) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds until the LEDs on the earbuds flash purple. – Close the lid of the charging case for 5 seconds to complete the reset. – Before you re-pair your earbuds with your mobile device, remember to delete the previous pairing in the Bluetooth menu. Refer to the user manual of your mobile device for instructions. What is HearThrough? HearThrough allows you to hear surrounding sounds through the earcups/earbuds while you are wearing them. Ambient sounds are picked up by the microphones and transmitted to the speakers. HearThrough works when listening to music, when on calls (product-dependent), and also when there is no speaker sound.
